I would like to thank you for working with us to sell our condo in Yorba Linda, it was a real pleasure. Everything you promised regarding the sale of our home you accomplished. Your flier promised that if you did not have the house sold within 60 days you would pay the seller $1,000, you promised open houses, realtor tours, etc. The condo was sold in approximately 45 days, we had open houses almost every weekend, our house was shown on the RE/MAX website and the house was viewed by potential buyers on an average of at least one to two borrowers per day.
